CPR and AED for all ages
This class complies with the State of Indiana educational licensure requirements.
The goal of the CPR AED training program is for participants to gain or improve their knowledge and skill proficiency in Adult, Child, and Infant CPR AED.
HSI CPR AED reflects the latest resuscitation science and treatment recommendations published by the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) and conforms to the 2025 American Heart Association (AHA) Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC.
First Aid
You will learn to manage medical emergencies, traumatic injuries, and environmental crises until professional help takes over. You will learn how to recognize medical emergencies, such as signs of a heart attack, stroke, shock, allergic reactions (EpiPen use), seizures, and diabetic emergencies; control severe bleeding; use a tourniquet; treat burns; and stabilize broken bones or sprains.
